Preparation
Preparation for Air Fryer, Oven and Pan
Air Fryer
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 5 Minutes | Cooking time: 10-12 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 4 x firm white fish fillets, approx. 125g each (Tip: Basa or Hoki work well)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Cooking oil spray
HEAT: Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes.
COAT: Coat fish fillets in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle on half the MAGGI Three Cheese and Garlic Crumb, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat.
COOK: Spray air fryer basket with oil spray. Carefully transfer coated pieces to air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Note: Cooking time may vary between air fryer sizes and models
Stove Top
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 10-14 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 4 x firm white fish fillets, approx. 125g each (Tip: Basa or Hoki work well)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp oil
COAT: Coat fish pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crunchy Three Cheese and Garlic Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat, pressing coating on firmly.
COOK: Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated fish, cook over low- medium heat for a total of 10-14 minutes; turning halfway through cooking, cook until browned lightly, and cooked through.
Oven
Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 10 Minutes | Cooking time: 10-14 Minutes
SIMPLY ADD:
- 4 x firm white fish fillets, approx. 125g each (Tip: Basa or Hoki work well)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Cooking oil spray
HEAT: Preheat oven to 180 ºC fan forced/fan bake. Grease an oven safe cooling rack with cooking oil spray, then place on a lined oven tray.
COAT: Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crunchy Three Cheese and Garlic Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat, pressing coating on firmly.
COOK: Carefully transfer coated fish to prepared wire rack. Cook for a total of 10-14 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
