1. Coat chicken pieces in egg, shake off any excess. Sprinkle with half the MAGGI Crispy Salt and Pepper Seasoned Coating, pat down coating firmly, turn over and repeat, pressing coating on firmly.
2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add the coated pieces, cook over low- medium heat for a total of 8-10 minutes; turning halfway through cooking, cook until browned lightly, and cooked through.
