SIMPLY ADD
4 medium potatoes (800g),
peeled and sliced
1¼ cups milk (310mL)
½ cup cheese (60g), grated
GET COOKING
1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced.
2. Place potatoes in shallow ovenproof dish Combine milk with MAGGI Recipe Base, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
3. Remove lid, sprinkle with cheese, bake uncovered for a further 15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
