Preparation
SIMPLY ADD
- 500g skinless chicken breast (consider free range), chopped
- 1 tbsp butter (20g)
- 1 medium onion (150g), chopped
- ¼ cup tomato paste (60mL)
- 2/3 cup cream (170mL)
GET COOKING: PREP 10 mins | COOK 15 mins
- Combine MAGGI Recipe Base with chicken, mix well, set aside for 6-8 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add chicken, cook until lightly browned, add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add combined tomato paste, cream and ¼ cup (60mL) water, stirring. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
No need to add extra salt.
