Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Grease and line a large baking tray.
To cut wedges
Cut into quarters, lengthways, and then cut each quarter lengthways again. This will give you 8 wedges from each zucchini, then cut wedges half crossways. The aim is to keep the wedges of a similar size, as this will promote even cooking.

To make Lime and Avocado dipping sauce, combine all ingredients (Lime Juice, Avocado and Mayonnaise) in a small bowl. Serve with wedges.
